On January 1, 2022 there will be no changes for members. Performing banking activities in branch or digitally will not change.
As of January 1, ACU and ECU branches will not yet be prepared to serve each other's members. We will continue to work behind the scenes to bring our technologies together, which will take some time to complete.
You can continue to do your daily banking and financial planning exactly where you are doing it today.
Yes, members will still have access to ATMs on the Acculink/Exchange network and not incur any surcharge/convenience fees. Transaction fees may apply, depending on your account features.
As we work to bring our technologies together, we are aiming for completion in late spring. Updates will be sent out through email and our digital channels as this work progresses.
Online banking and the mobile app will remain the same as it is today with all of the enhanced features you’re used to, plus regular upgrades as they are released.
There will be no changes to ACU or ECU branches, ATMs and digital banking.
